1. WHAT INFORMATION WE COLLECT

Intra strictly observes the requirements of the Russian Federation legislation in the field of personal data protection. Intra collects and stores only those personal data that are necessary to provide Services and the provision of services (execution of agreements and contracts with the user).

2.1.1. Providing Personalized Services to the Users;
2.1.2. Maintaining your account and processing your orders;
2.1.3. Improving the quality of Services, the convenience of using them, developing new Services;

3.5. Intra takes reasonable and sufficient measures to protect your information. At the same time, the User understands and agrees that the Internet cannot provide absolute protection of information from threats that exist in it. Hereby the User gives his unconditional and irrevocable consent Intra to determine a sufficient level of protection of its information, methods and place (territory) of its storage.
4. YOUR RESPONSIBILITY AND ACTIONS IN RESPECT OF YOUR INFORMATION
4.2. You can unsubscribe from receiving our email messages by clicking on the “unsubscribe” link provided in these messages or by writing a letter to the support service.
Please note that you cannot refuse certain email messages relating to the Services (for example, account verification, confirmation of purchases and settlements, changes / updates of the Service functions, technical notifications and safety related).
4.3. You are always responsible for maintaining the privacy of your unique password and account information, as well as for controlling access to email correspondence between you and Intra.
4.4. In case of changing your information, or if you no longer want to use our Services you can change, update, eliminate inaccuracies, request a deletion of the profile, by updating your account information or contacting us at email@example.com. The response period is 30 days.
4.5. We will store your information as long as your account is active or it is necessary for service providing. If you want to cancel your account or demand not to use the information for service providing any further, contact us by email stated above. We will store and use the information if it is necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements.
4.6. The content provided within the Intra Services is not intended for distribution or use by individuals or legal entities in any jurisdiction or country where such distribution or use is contrary to law or regulation, or where it requires you to comply with any requirements for registration of Intra in that country or jurisdiction. We reserve the right to restrict the availability of the Services or any part of the Services to any person, geographical region or jurisdiction at any time and in its sole discretion, and to limit the scope of any content, program, product, service or other functions provided by Intra.
5. CHILDREN'S DATA PRIVACY
5.1. Intra does not collect intentionally personal data of children under the age of 16. If we find out that Intra has unintentionally received personal data from children under the age of 16, we take all reasonable steps to immediately remove such personal data from the Intra Service records.
